- Talk about their favorite activities in their free time and some benefits of some media.

Enjoy studying English.
2. Preparation:
a. Teacher: Textbook; Teaching plan; pictures; ex - board.
b. Students: Textbook; notebook; school things; do homework; prepare well for new lesson.
3. Procedures
*Organization
T: greet and check the attendance.
Sts: reply.

a. Check the old lesson (2’)
T: check Sts` preparation for the lesson.

*Warm up (7’)
* Brainstorming:
T: ask Sts to talk about their favorite activities in their free time.
Free time activities.

T: call on some Sts to give out their ideas in front of the class, give feedback.
Sts: give out the ideas in front of the class.

T: set the scene: nowadays, there are many kinds of the media. They play an important role in our life. They can provide us with news, entertainment and so on.
? Do you know anything about the development of the media? Let tell some names of the media that you know?

T: call on some Sts to give out their ideas in front of the class and elicit some new words:
