1. Aims: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
a. Knowledge
- Read the dialogue about saving water to understand the details.
- Know some ways on how to save energy.
b. Skills
Practice and improve all skills.
c. Behavior
Be interested in saving the energy.
2. Preparation:
a. Teacher: Textbook; Teaching plan; pictures; tape; cassette.
b. Students: Textbook; notebook; school things; do homework; prepare well for new lesson.
3. Procedures
*Organization
T: greet and check the attendance.

a. Check the old lesson (10’)
Written test
Put the verbs in brackets in the correct forms:
1. If she (go) to work late again, she will lose her job.
2. If you get up early, you (go) to school on time.
3. If people (stop) using dynamite for fishing, many creatures will be well preserved.
4. If the homework (not be) long and difficult, I (finish) it on time.

- They are running.
? Must we pay for water and electricity we use in our home?
- Yes. Of course.
? What should we do to save our energy and money?
Sts: think of the answers for the last question.
T: call on some Sts to give out their answers in front of the class, give feedback.

- We should turn off the faucets after use.
- We should turn off the lights before leaving the room.
- We shouldn’t turn on the TV when there is no one in the room.
